Stories and highlights
There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.
A year at our school
The students had a blast with the Nature’s Recyclers program from Netwaste! They got to learn all about worms—how these little guys help recycle our waste, what makes up their bodies, and the awesome compost they create at the end of their recycling adventure!
Our adventurous students had an amazing adventure at Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo! Our enthusiastic Kindergarten to Year 2 explorers spent the day on an exciting animal hunt and loved joining a fun-filled workshop. Meanwhile, our brave Year 3 to 6 campers went wild, spending the night under the stars with the soothing lullaby of nearby lions helping them drift off to sleep. What a roaring good time!
Our curious students from Years 2, 3, and 4 had a blast exploring the Far Out - Treasures to the Bush! travelling exhibition from the State Library of NSW. They got to see some super rare and ancient artefacts from adventurous explorers way back in the 1600s and 1700s. But the best part? Dressing up in the old-fashioned clothes from that time and stepping right into history!
